Update to Utsukta themes

The themes cosmo, journal and vapor have been bundled under adminlte as schemas. So instead of 4 different themes, you have one theme
adminlte
with 3 previous schemas and a new schema
sandstone
.
To update just do a
./util/udall
and it should work as normal

Also remove the dead symlinks from
/view/theme/
