Cancellation and Refund

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
1.2 Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Merchandise Cancellation

2.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
2.2 Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.
3.2 Merchandise refunds are available for defective or incorrect items. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
3.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
